The National Association for Catering and Events (NACE), is the oldest and largest catering association in the world. A highlight of NACE is the Educational Conference held each summer. It’s the largest event in the world dedicated exclusively to professional caterers and industry suppliers. Las Vegas is where NACE is based. So it’s where they have their annual conference.
